The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is currently in the planning stage of recommissioning the Co-Produced Dementia Support Programmes service, slated for later this year in 2025. The types of activity include: information courses, peer support, contribution to strategy , policy, research, awareness raising, workforce training and learning.
The provider will also contribute to local and regional strategy groups, networks and needs assessment.
