Stirling Council, in partnership with Clackmannanshire Council, has issued a completed procurement process under the title "Employability Flexible Framework", focusing on providing employability support services across Stirling and Clackmannanshire regions (UKM77, UKM72). The structured procurement encourages bidders with robust project teams and experience in employing innovative solutions within the employability pipeline.
