Framework Agreement for the Provision of Counselling Services - Multi Lot

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust, has awarded a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Counselling Services under the PSR Wales Regulations. This competitive process covers Multiple Lots across the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and includes activities such as Face to Face, Virtual/Remote, and EMDR & CT-PTSD Counselling services with an active status as of 5th January 2026. Located in Cardiff and covering regions UKL16 and UKL21, the initiative has a total value of £1,000,000 and was undertaken using the open procedure, highlighting both quality and price as key award criteria, each weighted at 40% and 60%, respectively.
