Holiday Activities with Food Schemes Summer 2025 Mini Competition

Hampshire County Council has awarded contracts for the Holiday Activities with Food Schemes Summer 2025 Mini Competition, aimed at providing healthy free holiday activities for children eligible for Free School Meals. This procurement process is categorised under health and social work services and is in the award stage. The call-off contracts, worth £1,905,476.30 GBP, were awarded selectively through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme framework.

The services will be delivered from 23rd July to 2nd September 2025 across various locations, including Eastleigh, Winchester, and Havant, with suppliers ranging from large to small enterprises, including social enterprises (VCSEs). The tender deadline concluded on 6th May 2025, and the contracts were officially awarded on 21st May 2025. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in social work services, childcare, sports, and community services to engage and expand their reach within Hampshire County.
