16+ Hight Support Needs Framework

Hampshire County Council is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for the "16+ High Support Needs Framework" aimed at commissioning high-quality services in health and social work. This tender focuses on supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 21 in Hampshire who require high support, including Looked After Children, Care Leavers, and individuals under the Youth Offending Team's supervision. The procurement, categorised under services and governed by a light touch regime, is expected to commence on 1st September 2026, with the contract period extending until 31st August 2030, and potentially up to 31st August 2032.

Interested parties should note that future notices are planned for release on 2nd February 2026.
