Insourcing of Theatre procedures

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership-Procurement Services, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust and located in Cardiff, is managing the procurement process for the "Insourcing of Theatre Procedures" initiative. The procurement used a limited, direct award method, facilitated without prior publication due to its urgent nature as specified by the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025, under CPV code 85110000.
