NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board is in the planning stage of a procurement process to commission a Night Light Cafes Service, which falls under the industry category of miscellaneous health services. This service aims to provide non-clinical, out-of-hours support for individuals struggling with mental health and wellbeing, offering a safer alternative than emergency services. The tender, identified as ocds-h6vhtk-05ab00-063454-2025, is considered a market engagement exercise with a planned status.
A Market Engagement Event is scheduled online for 23rd October 2025 to discuss the specifications and procurement process, with registration required by 12pm on 22nd October 2025. The procurement area is located in the East Midlands, specifically within UKF3. This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses in the health services sector, particularly those experienced in providing mental health support, to expand their client base by engaging with NHS Lincolnshire ICB.
Companies capable of acting as a Lead Provider and managing sub-contracting models will find this opportunity fitting their expertise well. Moreover, participation in the Market Engagement Event allows businesses to express interest and gain insights into the draft service specifications, helping them prepare strategic bids for future tender phases. The prospect of transitioning to a Lead Provider Model offers growth potential for businesses willing to explore collaborative service delivery in health care.
