The provider is a non-NHS organisation, providing patient choice health care services. The service is an existing service and will be provided by an existing provider. The lifetime value of the contract is PS2,135,704. The contract term will be for two years with the option to extend for a further one year at the sole discretion of the relevant authority. The contract will start on 1 April 2025 and end on 31 March 2027, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 31 March 2028.
