Gloucestershire Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) / NHS England South West's were seeking to commission providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver NHS Tier 2 Oral Surgery services in Gloucestershire, in line with the specified requirements. This is to help reduce the current waiting list for Tier 2 Oral Surgery services, the Commissioner will be awarding 3 contracts all within the Gloucestershire boundary. The total value of Tier 2 Services (Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery) in Gloucestershire is PS93,500 per annum, with a total contract lifecycle value of PS101,291.67 over 13 months, for each contract. With a total contract value for all 3 contracts of PS303,875.01 over the 13 months, the contracts will commence from 1st March 2025. This is a new service to be delivered by new providers named in the notice. The Services procured through this tender process are healthcare services subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, (PSR), and the process has been undertaken in full accordance with the law. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply. The procurement followed the Competitive Process, in accordance with Regulation 11. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
