NHSWYICB - Health and Growth Project: Multiple Long Conditions including Mental Health

The NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board has awarded a contract for the "Health and Growth Project: Multiple Long Conditions including Mental Health," under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime.
