This notice is placed as an intention to award to inform the market that Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board ("BSW") are intending to award the Postvention Service to Rethink Mental Illness following the outcome of under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Most Suitable Provider Process. BSW sought to commission a Prime Provider with the capability and capacity to deliver Postvention Services, in line with the specified requirements within the Swindon and Wiltshire locality on behalf of NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board. The Postvention service provides suicide bereavement support for individuals close to, or that were in contact with the person who took their life offering individual personalised support sessions (psychosocial/emotional support and practical support). In line with the Provider Selection Regime regulations and the process undertaken (Most Suitable Provider) the following notice was previously published: F01: Prior Information Notice - 2025/S 000-001731 The lifetime value of the 7 month contract is expected to be PS35,940. This is an existing service and will be delivered by an existing provider. It is anticipated that the contract will be in place until 31st October 2025. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
