Preliminary Market Engagement Shaping the Future of Housing Related Support in North East Lincolnshire

North East Lincolnshire Borough Council is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to shape the future of its Housing Related Support (HRS) services, aimed at enhancing residents' abilities to manage their homes and reducing homelessness. The process is currently in the planning stage, and a collaborative workshop will be held on 4th December 2025 at Centre4 Wootton Hall, Grimsby. The engagement is part of a discovery project initiated in early 2025, and businesses in the housing and support sectors are invited to provide insights by 23rd December 2025.

The council plans to start the contract on 1st October 2026, lasting up to 2031, with possible extensions to 2034.
