The Programme starting 1st July 2025 and running (with unsecured funding) until 30th June 2028 will deliver a combined Accommodation and Support Service Provision Priority Outcomes are to:
- Increase prevention activities that result in fewer placements in temporary accommodation,
- Reduce the number of people sleeping rough in the long term,
- Reduce long stays in temporary accommodation,
- Minimise the return to rough sleeping, through delivering sustainable accommodation and support solutions
