SCH - Together Link Workers

The Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust has recently completed the procurement process entitled "SCH - Together Link Workers" which falls under the social services category. 62, is aimed at delivering Link Worker services across three clinical pathways as outlined in Appendix A - Specification.
