The Council will commission a lead provider to manage and facilitate a partnership which will offer a flexible service for young people, through working with local community provision. This will ensure that there is a seamless service for young people, who can be supported from their point of access.
Young people will be involved in all decisions that affect them and ensure that they have an active voice. The service will be explicit about children's rights and ensure children and young people are listened to and able to make informed decisions. Possible duration of contract: 5 year initial term, with the potential for two extension periods of up to +3 years and up to +2 years.
