The outreach service will be provided for individuals over the age of 18 currently residing in Dumfries and Galloway who have had a non-fatal overdose or have been identified as a high-risk client. The service will ensure a rapid response to provide the individual with harm reduction advice, referral into treatment or practical support to ensure their wellbeing.
