- Learning Disabilities
- Neurodivergent
- Complex Lives
- Complex Mental Health
- Complex Dementia
- Individualised Commissioning Including Continuing Health Care (CHC)
- Preparing for Adulthood The framework will cover the following types of service: Residential, Nursing, Supported living, Day opportunities, Homecare, Outreach, Respite and Short breaks, Supported Employment and Volunteering.
