To offer additional Hub clinics for both adults and paediatrics on weekends and weekday evenings in addition to the core contracted 'Extended Access' provision provided by SPCNs on behalf of Sutton GP Practices.
Reporting on agreed KPIs. Provide support for the evaluation that will be required. Provide operational support to flex the offer in line with demonstrated need.
