Temporary Accommodation Open Framework

Milton Keynes City Council has initiated the planning stage for a new Temporary Accommodation Open Framework to support its statutory homelessness obligations and broader housing goals. This procurement, under the legal framework UKPGA 2023/54, targets the services sector with a projected value of £108 million (gross £129.6 million). The Council seeks to establish a flexible open framework agreement allowing a wide array of providers to join over time, ensuring a diverse and responsive supply of temporary accommodation options within the UKJ12 region.

Currently, a preliminary market engagement is open with a response deadline by 5pm on Friday, 12th June 2026. The formal tender notice is expected to be released on 4th August 2026, and the contractual period is planned from 1st March 2027 to 28th February 2035.
