The West London Alliance on behalf of the West London Boroughs ("the Boroughs"), are exploring block contracting opportunities for nursing care home placements through the North West London (NWL) Older Adults Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). These block contracts will feature guaranteed bed occupancy, fixed pricing and payment terms, priority access to referrals and will include performance monitoring as per Schedule 7 of the DPS Agreement.<br/><br/>This PIN serves to alert the market and invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers who are either already admitted to the DPS or intend to apply.<br/><br/>We are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of block high-quality, CQC-registered nursing care for older adults (65+), including:<br/>* Dementia care<br/>* End-of-life care<br/>* Complex care and support needs. Additional information: If progressed, contracts will secure a fixed number of beds over a defined period, ensuring continuity of care and strategic alignment with borough-level commissioning priorities.
