BwD Alcohol and Drugs Misuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is in the planning stage of a procurement process to address alcohol and drug misuse prevention, treatment, and recovery services. The initiative is categorised under health and social work services and targets both young people and adults who face issues with drugs and alcohol.
