Staffordshire County Council, in partnership with Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board, has awarded a contract under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for the provision of a Children and Young People's Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service in Staffordshire. The aim of the Children and Young People's (C&YP) Emotional Health and Wellbeing (EHWB) Service is to help improve the EHWB of C&YP across Staffordshire. This will be achieved by providing an Early Intervention and Prevention model of support to meet the Mild to Moderate Mental Health needs of C&YP. The Service will use Evidence-Based approaches to: * Promote good EHWB for C&YP and their Families. * Prevent EHWB difficulties from occurring or getting worse. * Provide interventions and support when C&YP and their Families need them. The Service will be delivered by a staff team of suitably trained, knowledgeable and experienced Personnel, who will deliver a range of Evidence-based Interventions in line with the most recent best practice recommendations, such as National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). This notice is an award under the competitive process. The lifetime value of the contract is PS3,888,640. The service commenced 1 of April 2025 to 31 March 2027, with an option to extend 2 x 12 months to 31 March 2029. This is an existing service. This is a new provider.
