Nottingham City Council aim to procure a service to support people seeking asylum and refugees to access healthcare, register with a GP and dentist, make healthcare appointments, access translation services as needed for their appointments, book in for maternity care, and obtain HC2 certificates. The service will also signpost to other services as appropriate. The service should be easily accessible, offering face to face sessions and outreach work, engaging with GP practices and working with local community and voluntary sector partners to build understanding of the needs of people seeking asylum and refugees. The contract duration will be for 3 years with a possible extension of 2 years at the Council's discretion. The total contract value is estimated to be a maximum of PS136,817 per annum (maximum of PS684,085 over the total length of the contract including any potential extensions). The anticipated contract start date will be 1 April 2025. This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
