Burnley Borough Council has awarded a contract for the development and delivery of a 5-year Community Inclusion Programme. The programme will include active participation in heritage-based activities to help achieve positive wellbeing outcomes, promote strengthened community cohesion and pride of place. Additional information: Development Phase 1 and Delivery Phase 2 are two separate phases of the Councils requirement.
Implementation of Phase 2 is subject to a successful second stage application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Council reserves the right not to reappoint to Stage 2 should the programme not progress to delivery.
