Emotional Wellbeing Contract

Medway Council has recently awarded a contract for the "Emotional Wellbeing Contract" under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, with services commencing on 1st April 2025 and concluding on 31st March 2026. The contract is valued at £256,027.50 and aims to enhance emotional wellbeing in schools without an emotional support team. The procurement process utilised a direct award method, bypassing the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The location for service delivery is primarily within the Kent and Medway region. Following the procurement method set out by the PSR, the standstill period required representations to be made by 9th April 2025, and the award decision was confirmed on 10th April 2025.
