Summary, notice description and lot information
The contracting authority, HAT Enterprises Ltd, is conducting an open procurement process to establish an Estates & Facilities Management Neutral Vendor Framework. This procurement focuses on building and facilities management services within the UK, excluding Scotland. The process, currently in the planning stage, will see the final submission deadline on 4th November 2024.
The selected contractor will provide estates and facilities management services through a pre-accredited supply chain to various public sector entities, including education establishments, government departments, health and social care organisations, and others. This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in facilities management, as well as those in associated sectors listed under numerous CPV codes such as transport services, catering, IT services, construction work, and more. The framework's extensive scope and value proposition ensure that participating businesses can benefit from a dynamic and efficient procurement mechanism, thereby gaining access to a wide range of public sector clients and a substantial potential contract value.
Companies capable of maintaining neutrality and managing a diverse supply chain effectively would be well-positioned to compete in this tender.
The Neutral Vendor Framework provider will be capable of delivering the estates and facilities services via its suitable pre-accredited supply chain. They will not directly provide the services themselves and must maintain and evidence neutrality when accrediting and managing their suppliers. The overall aim of this Framework is to enable a compliant dynamic route to market, providing Customers with an efficient procurement process, accessing pre-accredited Suppliers that are suitable to deliver their requirements, whilst also delivering value for money. Additional information: Whilst certain CPV codes have been listed in this notice, that due to the flexibility and nature of the framework and its need to provide any goods, services and works under any CPV code as per the prime directive that any and all CPV codes are entitled to be used in call-offs against this framework in the future by any Contracting Authority.
