The Contractor will work with the Trust to place the patient at the heart of everything specialised rehabilitation and reablement centres do. The contractor will ensure the provision and/or manufacture and repair of appropriate equipment to patients within the delivery timelines. The contractor will provide a full range of services during working hours Monday to Friday. The Contractor will be responsible for a workshop on the Site at Mayflower community Hospital, in Billericay Essex
The contract is for the provision of an orthotic goods and services for new and existing patients serviced by Havering, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge (paediatric services), Waltham Forest (paediatrics services) and Brentwood ICB's. Clinics will be held at the following sites: Harold Wood Clinic (Romford) , Axe Street (Barking), Special Schools, Wood Street and Coleridge Road in Walthamstow and The Grove (Redbridge) .
