The provision of extra care housing care and support services have been divided into the following Lots comprising of a specific number of flats and of a specific number of care hours per scheme for people eligible for services: Lot 1 - Belsize Court Lot 2 - Cloverdale Court Lot 3 - Dymond House
Lot 1 - Belsize Court (i) 40 one bed flats for people with physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairment and/or other long term conditions over 55 years of age (ii) 13 two bed flats for people with physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairment and/or other long term conditions over 55 years of age
Lot 2 - Cloverdale Court (i) 41 one bed flats for people with physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairment and/or other long term conditions over 55 years of age
Lot 3 - Dymond House (i) 26 one bed flats for people with physical disabilities, dementia, sensory impairment and/or other long term conditions over 55 years of age (ii) 10 one bed flats for people with support reasons related to mental health/learning disability under 54 years of age (iii) 9 one bed short stay assessment flats for all age groups (iv) 1 two bed planned respite flat for all age groups
