The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is in the planning stage for a significant procurement process titled "HAC6053 Core Rough Sleeping Services." It is therefore vital to provide compassionate, responsive, and professional support services that are strategically aligned with the borough's commitment to making rough sleeping rare, brief, and non-recurrent, as set out in the new Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2024-29.; These services will lead the efforts to drive down rough sleeping and ensure people do not return to the streets once accommodated.
