Homecare 24-27

The NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board has completed the procurement process for the provision of community health services under the title "Homecare 24-27". This process falls under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023, and the contract has been awarded to Caradon community care home care services. The contract, which spans from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2027, will cover community health services in Cornwall (UKK30).

The procurement method utilised was a direct award (Direct Award B) without a prior call for competition, in accordance with PSR guidelines. The procurement stage is complete, and the contract value is activity-based over the three-year period.
