Independent Living Skills for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Ill Health - Flexible Framework

East Ayrshire Council has successfully completed the procurement process for the provision of Independent Living Skills services for adults with learning disabilities and mental ill health under a flexible framework. This procurement falls within the services sector, specifically categorised under ‘General public services’ and ‘CPV 85300000’. The services will be rendered in East Ayrshire, with the primary location being Kilmarnock, UKM93.

The tender was conducted through an open procedure, with key dates including a submission deadline on 19th December 2024. The contract, worth £4,000,000 GBP, was awarded on 2nd April 2025 to CrossReach (the operating name for The Church of Scotland Social Care Council) and UCAN Learn.Work.Live.
