Route C can be applied where 'an existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and is likely to satisfy the new contract, and the proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably from the existing contract', which is the case with the current contract delivered by Touchstone - Leeds. The total value of the contract will be PS2,924,100.00 and will last for a period of two years years with the option to extend for a further one year period.
