May Place House - Social Inclusion Services

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is in the planning stage of a procurement process for the provision of Social Inclusion and Homelessness Services. This opportunity is structured into three separate Lots: Emergency Access Homelessness Accommodation and Support at May Place House Hostel, Targeted Rough Sleeping Outreach, Floating and In-Reach Resettlement Support, and Psychologically Informed Homelessness Support. Services will be located in Basingstoke, UKJ3 region, and the procurement process is being conducted under the Competitive flexible procedure.

Interested parties should submit their feedback and expressions of interest by 18th December 2025, with contracts anticipated to start on 1st November 2026 and an initial term of three years, extendable by up to two additional years. This tender represents a significant chance for businesses in the social services sector to expand by partnering to support communities with critical needs. Providers with experience in housing management, social work, outreach or psychological services will find suitable opportunities.
