Mental Health Supported Living-Phase 2- Camden Council

The London Borough of Camden has completed the procurement process for the second phase of the Mental Health Supported Living initiative. This procurement, managed through an open procedure, aims to provide accommodation-based support for individuals with serious mental illnesses, such as psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, and personality disorder. The process involved two lots: one for the Central Locality and another for the South Locality, each focusing on connecting residents to their communities.

The contract, effective from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031, offers an optional two-year extension. Awards were recently announced on 24 December 2025, with contracts set to be signed by 30 January 2026. Deliveries will take place primarily in London regions, aiding in the reduction of homelessness and improving independent living skills among beneficiaries.

The total value of this initiative stands at approximately £20.7 million.
