Summary, notice description and lot information
NHS England has recently concluded the procurement process for the delivery of Covid-19 vaccinations throughout the East of England, using the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) Process. The contract has been awarded to the Hertfordshire NHS Community Trust, following the completion of the Provider Selection Regime. This procurement falls under the health services category and describes a wide-reaching programme aimed at vaccination delivery.
2 million, starts on 3rd April 2025 and will run until 31st March 2026. Operating under a limited procurement method, the process notably bypassed the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This tender represents significant opportunities for businesses within the healthcare sector, particularly those with a focus on innovative health services and community outreach. Companies that specialise in healthcare logistics, vaccination services, administrative support, or health programme management could find valuable opportunities in subcontracting or further collaboration with Hertfordshire NHS Community Trust. The focus on quality, innovation, and social value underlines a commitment to improving health outcomes while fostering a competitive business environment. This contract offers a robust framework for health service providers to participate in future NHS initiatives that aim to enhance public health infrastructure.
