NECS542 - Request for Information - Children and Young People's Mental Health Online Support Service - County Durham for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Contracting Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Children and Young People's Mental Health Online Support Service in the County Durham area. It is anticipated that TUPE may apply to this service. This is a preliminary market engagement notice under the Procurement Act 2023 with the intention to adopt the competitive (Open Procedure) approach for any future procurements for this service. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Procurement Act 2023 Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, both the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the new Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 do not apply to this service. This Request for Information was previously published under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Notice reference: 2024/S 000-036993. The Relevant Authority now considers that the draft specification for this service aligns to a CPV code which is not specified within the Provider Selection Regime. For those Providers who have already responded to preliminary market engagement via the above and regardless of the switch of legislation remain interested in the service, there is no need to respond again, this is already captured.
