NHS West Yorkshire ICB are looking to commission a Community Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) for Calderdale Cares Partnership and Kirklees Health and Care Partnerships, with the possibility of adding Wakefield District Health and Care Partnership and Bradford District & Craven Care Partnership at a later date. <br/><br/>The aim of the service is to provide a Non-Consultant Led Service for Community ENT to include Adult Audiology over 55 (hearing loss). It will be delivered by appropriately qualified clinicians e.g. General Practitioners with Extended Role (GPwER), Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Audiologists etc, supported by a consultant who holds a substantive NHS contract. The service will be for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of ENT problems, and will complement and work in partnership with existing primary, community, and secondary care ENT services.<br/><br/>There is a market information event planned to be held on Thursday 23rd October 2025.
