This service offers a single point of access for a range of different interventions for Adults, Families and Young people from the age of 14+, Including:- Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) - Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)- Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) - Contingency Management (CM)- Counselling- Relapse Prevention- Health Promotion- Behavioural Interventions- Anxiety/Stress Management- Coping Mechanisms- Brief Counselling Interventions - Harm reduction advice/support- Structured one to one sessions and group work. The Service is offered face to face and/or online where appropriate.
