The Council intents to engage with Service Providers to give the market an opportunity to inform the development of the service specification and for the Council to receive feedback on its commissioning intentions, as well as gauge the level of interest in the market, for this opportunity. The market engagement is also intended to raise Service Providers awareness about the implications of the change in procurement regulations, in order to ensure that Service Providers are prepared to tender for this opportunity.
