Re- opening of Alternative Provision, Short Breaks and Early Intervention Framework

Swindon Borough Council has announced the annual re-opening of its framework for providing services in Alternative Provision, Short Breaks, and Early Intervention. This procurement process focuses on administrative educational services within the services category. The council is seeking experienced service providers to join this framework, which began in May 2025.

The tender, now in its second year, consists of multiple lots, allowing providers the flexibility to apply for specific areas of expertise. Deadlines are set for clarifications by noon on 15 April 2026, and for tender submissions by noon on 22 April 2026. The open procedure method is being utilised, and submissions are to be made electronically.
