As part of this market research exercise, we have attached a Summary of Requirements and provided a link for a MS Forms questionnaire for completion.

Respite Care for Adult with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Angus, The service will provide respite care which will be for 24 hours per day, 365 nights per annum for Supported People assessed by Angus Health and Social Care Partnership (Angus HSCP) as suitable to receive the service. Supported People accessing the service have a variety of care needs. Also provided in the document is a link to a MS Form for market engagement purposes that we would like to Providers to populate.
