The contract term will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The payment mechanism for this service will be a block contract with an indicative activity plan. If the activity within a financial year increases or decreases by 5% this will trigger an activity discussion in line with the terms and conditions of the NHS contract.
