Summary, notice description and lot information
The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board is overseeing a public procurement process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) for support services dedicated to children and young people (CYP) accepted for Autism and/or ADHD assessment, including post-diagnostic support. The process is designed to identify providers for a series of three-year contracts, extendable by two further years, with a total procurement budget for the services set at £5,000,000. The procurement applies to two locations: Suffolk with an annual budget of £650,000, and North East Essex with £350,000 per annum.
The contracts fall under the health services industry category (CPV code 85100000). The most recent update, dated 14th November 2025, reflects adjustments to contractor details, including changes in awarded suppliers due to unforeseen circumstances. These tenders present significant opportunities for businesses looking to expand or establish their presence in healthcare service provision.
They are particularly well-suited for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in managing complex needs and providing targeted support services. The competitive bidding process and capped lot budgets ensure that even smaller businesses can compete effectively. Given the extended contract period and potential for further service expansions, successful bidders could achieve steady growth and long-term engagement with the NHS, enhancing their reputation and expertise in health services delivery for autism and ADHD support.
