Supported Housing for Young People with Care Experience

Denbighshire County Council is in the planning stage of procuring a service titled "Supported Housing for Young People with Care Experience." This service is aimed at providing housing and care support to young people aged 16 to 18 who have experienced care. The initiative focuses on offering holistic, trauma-informed support and encompasses five units of accommodation in the UKL13 region of the United Kingdom.

A market engagement event is scheduled for 30 January 2026 via Microsoft Teams, providing an opportunity for potential providers to learn more and ask questions. The procurement process follows Welsh devolved regulations, and the estimated contract value is £300,000 per annum, commencing on 1 August 2026 and running until 31 July 2029, with the possibility of renewal until 2031.
