Supported Housing for Young People with Care Experience

" This service is aimed at providing housing and care support to young people aged 16 to 18 who have experienced care. The initiative focuses on offering holistic, trauma-informed support and encompasses five units of accommodation in the UKL13 region of the United Kingdom.
