Ongoing care is the provision of care and support in the home that can be drawn on by Camden residents aged 18 years and above. It is currently delivered on a geographical basis comprising of five neighbourhood contracts. Reablement is a short-term service for approximately four to six weeks that supports residents to maintain or regain independence.

The delivery of approximately 248,000 hours of ongoing care in the West of Camden annually.
The delivery of approximately 131,200 hours of ongoing care in the West of Camden annually.
The delivery of approximately 306,900 hours of ongoing care in the East of Camden annually.
The delivery of approximately 220,600 hours of ongoing care in the Central of Camden annually
The delivery of approximately 166,300 hours of ongoing care in the South of Camden annually.
The delivery of approximately 27,800 hours of reablement in North West Camden annually.
The delivery of approximately 27,400 hours of reablement in North East Camden annually.
The delivery of approximately 26,500 hours of reablement in the South of Camden annually.
