The service will provide high quality, value for money assisted conception services in accordance with good clinical and industry practice. This starts from referral to the service with clinical triage and assessment, and any diagnostics required in line with diagnostic protocols. Specific objectives of this service are to: *Provide specialist Assisted Conception services that are accessible, appropriate, effective and safe representing a high-quality service for patients and value for money to the commissioner. *Provide a personal service sensitive to the physical, psychological and emotional needs of patients. *Deliver a high-quality specialist Assisted Conception services in line with the NICE care pathway and access criteria produced by local Commissioners. *Work with local Commissioners to constantly drive to achieve service excellence guided by emerging clinical guidance and patient feedback. This contract award has been made following direct award process B. This is a zero-baseline contract, the actual value is dependent upon patient choice, therefore, the overall value will vary depending on patient activity over the contract period. The core price for patients registered with a Farnham GP Practice is PS3,644.76. The core price for patients not registered with a Farnham GP Practice is PS3,813.66 Local Prices: ICSI Supplement - PS562.97 IUI with partner sperm (For patients registered with a GP Practice in Farnham only) - PS811.11 Frozen embryo transfer - To include the costs of all treatments/processes associated with a frozen embryo transfer PS1,463.75 IVF using donor egg supplement (additional to IVF price) - PS3,040.08 IVF using donor sperm supplement (additional to IVF price) - PS506.67 Abandoned treatment post initial consultation - PS170.98 Abandoned cycle prior to oocyte recovery, stimulation medication not commenced - PS562.97 Abandoned cycle prior to oocyte recovery, scans and stimulation medication completed - PS1,711.86 Abandoned cycle post oocyte recovery no embryo transfer - PS3,152.67 Surgical Sperm Retrieval - PS945.59 The services will be provided from 1st of June 2025 to the 31st of May 2026.
