The London Borough of Southwark is initiating a planning stage for several grant programmes in the social care sector, which are due to commence in mid-to-late October 2025. These programmes include the Autism Grants Programme and various SEND Short Breaks Grants for workshops, trips, and clubs aimed at different age groups. The details of these grants will be further elaborated in an online webinar scheduled for 13th October 2025, presented by Chloe Harvey and Katy Cleary from Southwark Council.
These opportunities fall under the health and social work services industry category and are targeted towards sub-central government public authorities, with a total funding value of £240,000 GBP. This procurement process presents significant growth opportunities for small to medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community, and social enterprises within the UK, particularly those specialising in health and social care services.
