Award of Dynamic Purchasing System for Domiciliary Care Services in Powys

Powys County Council has completed the award stage for a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for domiciliary care services in Powys. The procurement process, initiated in the summer of 2024, focuses on health and social work services, specifically domiciliary care including dementia care in town, rural, and remote rural areas in Powys (UKL24). The total awarded value is £8,258.05, with contracts signed by several suppliers including People Support Ltd, Phoenix Homecare and Support Ltd, Affinity Homecare, Abacare (Care Agency) Ltd, Q Care Limited, Saannie Medical Services Limited, and Seren Support Services Ltd. The DPS will run for an initial period of 10 years, with an option to extend for another 5 years, subject to bi-annual reviews.

Interested suppliers can join by completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, as the DPS will remain open.
