Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Domiciliary Care and Support Services

Pembrokeshire County Council, in collaboration with Hywel Dda University Health Board, has engaged in a public procurement process for the provision of domiciliary care and support services through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This initiative, categorized under general public services and applicable to the UK region, specifically UKL14, underwent an open procurement procedure and has reached the award and contract stage as of the latest update on 11 December 2025. The total contract value stands at £114,000,000, intended to support various domiciliary care service packages over a ten-year term, concluding on 2 December 2033.
