This Contract is in relation to the Tier 2 weight management service for all Tower Hamlets residents who meet the eligibility criteria. The contracting authority's representatives will actively monitor this. This Contract is intended to be awarded to the existing Provider utilising direct award process C under the PSR2023 The approximate value of the Contract is PS125,000 per annum for an initial two year period with the option to extend for a further one year period
